When I made the appointment, I told the scheduler the problems and assumed that they would be fixed when I dropped the car off. After leaving the car, returning home I then received a call informing me that the parts would need to be ordered and I would have to come back again the following week for the repairs. It’s a 22 mile trip each way with 2 vehicles making the trip. Over 110 miles were put on our cars in one day. And now I have to do it again. Other dealerships are closer. This frustration makes them more attractive.

Service advisor Austin was very nice and no issues there. I understand there are relaxed restrictions in Placer county with covid however seeing multiple employees without masks on doesn’t so much bother me however I feel that it is the right thing to do. I saw a lot of elderly customer waiting with their masks on and so many people on the drive did not. I understand maybe it’s not a requirement however it is the perception that masks should be worn at places of business. I also feel that the clean up should have been offered when checking in my vehicle which it wasn’t I had to ask for them to wipe it down. Just comments to consider, and my service advisor was great though.
