My daughter took the car for servicing as I was unable to. She did not speak to Mr. Webster, as he was busy. She gave the service person her phone number, but they did not contact her when the car was finished. I received an email, but did not have cell service at the time. She waited for the vehicle and was there for over 2 hours. She should have been paged. This was the first time I booked the appointment online, and the paperwork showed I declined a car wash - I did not. I won’t book online again.
It was a very unpleasant experience for her.

I explained that the oil was coming from underneath the car and he confirmed. However, 3 hours later, he couldnt tell where the oil was coming from because he didnt pu it up on a rack and perhaps power wash it. Put dye in it and told me to drive the car for 200 miles maybe even 500 and bring it back. I was thinking a better option would be to drive it until I burn the motor up and bring it back then.

I really think the customer service there is top notch and from when I first called to ask a question about what the cost would be for an inspection. I was given an appointment right away dropped my car off, I spent 10 minutes from the time I drove up to someone taking my information, talking to a service adviser and I was on my way! They were very prompt and understanding with figuring out my issue with my vehicle. I'm very happy with the service and I appreciated the 10% discount that was offered to me.
