Toyota re-call service is organized and fast. I am grateful with their service.

The service took an hour longer than quoted and I had asked that the car be washed / vacuumed, which was not done. Even more concerning was that I could actually see the car in the parking lot most of the almost 5 hours I waited. I was really disappointed to say the least especially since I live all the way in Woodland. Paul is a really nice guy, but the overall service standard fell short.

I asked Paul to please text me. He called but did not leave a message. I called back several times but he was not available & it was difficult to get a response if my car was ready or not. They also took my car keys off of the fob & it was difficult to get them back on as I have arthritis in my hands. The young lady that initially approached me was not wearing a mask. I am over 60 & immune-compromised & this left me feeling very uncomfortable.
