I was very satisfied with the quality of work and the customer service, everyone was so nice and so helpful. The thing is that it took four and a half hours to do something that takes what I was told is less than an hour, I understand that they have many many cars to work on but when I have an appointment I shouldn’t have to wait for my car to be worked on.

I missed the phone call from my advisor telling me that my vehicle was ready. I needed a complimentary Lyft back to the service dept. I called the number given and spoke with another advisor who told me she would relay the Lyft request to my advisor. I also text messaged the number setup to communicate with my advisor. After 30 minutes with no response, I contacted a different number which led directly to my advisor in which I was finally able to request a Lyft. My chief complaint is that my request for a Lyft through the other advisor and through text message were ineffective. Other than that, my vehicle service was completed in a timely manner. Check in process and complimentary Lyft rides from and to the service dept were very easy.
