I love Toyota Roseville, and bought the car from them, they were amazing. But... this time they had a lack of customer service. Really bad one. I came to my service, found out I had a nail in tier. Paid almost 200$ to replace and drive approximately 4 miles to my sister house and the same tier got flat! Why because the rubber on a tier was not placed properly and got air in it. What if it was on a road? I could've got in accident. That on a side... the put my old tier that I had nail in it, to my car inside!!! Not to trunk but inside the car back passenger seat. Horrible!!!! And all I got was "we apologize it was our mistake" ... well, I smiled and said thank you. Now, how can I leave a good review when I left home with nothing.. they did fixed.. but at least they couldve give me some discount on my next tier or something. That was horrible service, and I felt very upset and disappointed.
