I share these comments in hopes that they are helpful for your process moving forward. The check in to the service valet was slightly confusing. I was given no instructions on where exactly to take my car or given any expectation of how long it would take to drop the car off. The employee who received me walked away after checking a couple boxes on a clipboard so I eventually stepped out of my car to try to get someone’s attention of what to do next. Another employee showed me to the office outside and told me to wait to be checked in. I waited there for 15 minutes then eventually walked out to the valet again. Another employee asked what I was doing to which I replied waiting for someone to check me in. They seemed confused as to why I was standing there and sent me to the main office. I entered the main office and again was met with confusion as to what I needed. Eventually another employee filled out my paperwork and sent me off. When I returned to retrieve the car I was met with a very similar process. I think there are a couple processes that would help streamline the process as well as make it an enjoyable experience for the customer. Hopefully these events will help your team focus on helping the customer feel valued and cared for in the future. Thanks!
