After my side guards were added to my car, I had technical questions. I was told to find the csi? counter by the cafe. Couldn’t locate that, no one available to ask, saw several people in customer service room and I walked over to ask a
Blonde lady with false eyelashes if she could locate a csi assistant. They all laughed and said yes we can find a crime scene investigator ha ha ha. I was quite humiliated as I really didn’t know what csi stood for. The laugh was on me. I’m just a customer trying to get answers with my new car. I dot know who Rachal is but when you send customers surveys you should explain who people are, and stop using initials. Several people helped me, or didn’t. Who is Rachal?
