My car was serviced on 3/2 by Roseville Toyota. A day or so later, I noticed my vehicle leaking oil on the driveway. I made an appointment for 3/14 at 12:50 to have it fixed. When I arrived, I was told that it would take at least 2 hours for an "oil change." I wasn't there for an oil change. I was there to have an issue fixed that was caused by the service performed on 3/2. That was explained upon arrival. With an 11 year old at home without a parent, I could not wait for that long. I will not return to Roseville Toyota. There are other Toyota dealers/service departments closer to home.
