Rachel was very professional and very good at her job. The detail guys on the at her hand are extremely lazy and don't really care about there job. Twice they didn't completely clean my vehicle. When we first purchased the vehicle it was supposed to be cleaned when we got it. The detail guys just put the feet mats in and hung the Toyota cleaned sign on the mirror. It was still full of the previous owners garbage and spilt soda on the dashboard. The second time I came in for a full detail and when I got it back there was still soda on the dashboard and the windows where never cleaned because there was still hand prints on it. I told Rachel and she took it back to the detail shop to get it cleaned. You guys REALLY need to fix your detail guys laziness.

Thanks to Austin now I have opportunity to enjoy my car! It’s been since the beginning and no one really looked at the problem throughly. Austin helped me to have phone calls in the car without worries to stress my driving. I never used my car speakers because of the bad connection. She worked with me until all of my problems were solved and did outstanding customer service!

I called to schedule service and after waiting the Indian guy transferred me to voicemail. I called back 30 min later after leaving a voicemail and same Indian guy answered and hung up on me. I call the deskership redemption to get service manager and ask gif a Luce person not voicemail. She transfers me to voicemail and I left a message for service manager who also never returned my call. I go to dealership to return part and John in parts gets me to someone in service who FINALLY got me an appointment.
Your customer service stinks and I’m stunned that after buying a new Tundra last week this is how they represent the Toyota brand.

This is the first time in 5 years of coming to this location for service that I can actually say they did a fantastic job.
