I was 90% satisfied ... it was just a little ridiculous that I was there nearly 2 hours, for a check over and tire rotation! And I had an appointment! Good thing I had a fairly free day, or I would have been quite a bit more upset.

While I was waiting for my car, I saw many Toyota employees in the waiting area not wearing masks or wearing the sheer masks that do not provide protection, I am immune compromised and not yet vaccinated and this made me feel unsafe and that Toyota doesn’t see this pandemic as something serious.
Not sure if I feel comfortable to return any time soon.

I was told that my battery was bad. I didn't have them change it as it was symptom free. I did take it to someone else to check it as I thought it was strange that it wasn't showing any problems. Right now I don't trust you people.
