I was disappointed, frustrated and downright angered by the lack of covid health precautions taken by employees. From my greeting, when the man leaned into my car (once inches from my face), to the majority of staff incorrectly wearing their masks according to current guidance (nose exposed, dropping mask indoors while not with customers—once while helping an unmasked customer). i delayed getting my car serviced out of fear of exactly this kind of thing. Your staff is putting people at risk, showing a lack of regard for the safety of their customers and employees. Roseville Toyota has lost my business.
