Paul did not keep me apprised of the progress of my tire situation; after one hour and a half of waiting at the dealership, I went up to his desk to find out if you were going to replace my flat tire. He did not call me to tell me this.It turns out that the tire had a sidewall nail and my warranty paid for the tire, fortunately..
I requested an appointment to schedule my next service. He would not schedule it. He just said, come in when the mileage reaches 31,000 miles.
Your service people always ask me to schedule the next appointment.
He could have been a nicer service agent; I will not want him to serve me again, and I am a loyal customer of Roseville Toyota. This is my fourth Highlander.

Had oil change, brake fluid flush and tire rotation done. Went back in after seeing one of the wheel lug nuts does not match. Talked to service consultant Derek Adams told him the issue, he responded that "it came with it" told him i don't take our car anywhere but Toyota of Roseville, he then went back and got me a piece of lug nut for me to put in myself and not willing to address the issue even after telling him i don't have a tool to do it myself. And one thing, while waiting for my turn to point out the issue i somehow overhead (not on purpose) customer after me was not charged for the tire rotation and i was for $30. Record says we've been bringing our car for service since 2010.Hoping for a better service when buying a bigger family car.
