I felt that it was rushed when picking up vehicle. When I dropped off vehicle, I felt there was a different level of customer service. Nobody explained what I could or couldn’t do to my vehicle after the Cilajet was applied. There was a can of some sort of cleaning chemical left along with a rag inside my vehicle. I called to ask what this can was used for since I paid for a premium product and service department wasn’t able to answer this to me. Overall felt like they were just pushing cars through the service department and I was just another number for them.
