Rachel was great. So was the young man who greeted me, the older gentleman man at valet, and the super nice guy at rental counter. Great experience. Only negative was whoever did the work on my vehicle was BLASTING the music. When they returned the car to me it was crazy loud- VERY much so. Clearly they were running the engine while doing the windows to listen to the music because my gas was also much lower than when I dropped it off. Other than that very positive experience. Service department customer service team all get thumbs up. (Slowing making up for my negative buying experience which I haven’t gotten over yet.)

I had to have service completed by a specific time. The battery I hade replaced 6/2020 was bad. Connor got new one in and kept my time commitment.
