Corey Lunsford is AMAZING! It has gotten to the point where I will NOT even go there of he is off. Too many problems arise. Corey does a great job! Listens, cares, and keeps me up to date on all repairs, updates, any changes, and always makes sure I understand that the issue may not be resolved by that one trip if that is applicable. This way I do not have false expectations. So far my check engine light is still off from Wednesday. Today is Friday. We will see what happens! But as far as Corey & his service, he ROCKS!!!!

I didn’t appreciate it when I was setting up my appointment via my cell phone, and the person who was helping me sounded kinda rude. When I told her what the return mileage said on the windshield sticker, she gave me the impression based on the tone of her voice, saying no , your car was actually due back at 20000 miles. I could be being a little sensitive here, but I have been in customer service over 25 years. On my appointment day 7:40 AM, I was in time and the customer service was outstanding, I was disappointed that I didn’t get offered anything to drink, usually you guys offer. Thanks for listening. I love my car.
