Service done on scheduled time. Derek was polite and courteous.
I would suggest the following improvements.I have relocated from Los Angeles.
I always had a Toyota and serviced at Marina Toyota. They always washed the car and wiped it after the service Free.
When I replaced headlamp bulb in LA, they cleaned the outer lense cover Free.
I replaced the headlamps on the right side in Roseville Toyota a few months back and was told that there would be a fee of $200/- to clean the lense!!! I was told by Derek that it would take 2 hours to do the job. Is it Roseville Toyota’s contention that the lens cleaning costs more than the replacement bulb? The meaning of Service seems to be lost in the mix. Thanks again for your attention. Vince S
