Charged me $69 for a software update to my car’s phone/Bluetooth connectivity service to allow it to alert me to text messages and yet it still doesnt work despite all the necessary options being selected, my phone having been unpaired and re-paired to the vehicle, powered off and restarted etc.... i am now using my own time to research the fix. Also a rattle in my door was never even looked into despite me being at the dealership for 5.5 hours for an oil change and me mentioning all the issues i wanted them to look at. They claimed they “ran out of time”

The airbag is a different color than my dash so now it sticks out significantly. I didn’t notice it until recently when I when I was driving. Still didn’t have time to call.. but shouldn’t call parts should be the right color in the first place.

I switched service location from Folsom Toyota to Roseville Toyota after relocating from Palo Alto, and I am glad that I did.
