Everything was great. My only disappointments were having to go through three people to pick up my vehicle: (1) cashier, (2) valet to retrieve my keys, and then wait for a (3) runner to bring it to me. Why can’t my paying the cashier trigger my car to be brought up?

I liked the people we worked with and they tried their best to give us excellent service. Here are a couple of comments:
1. My wife needed a rental with a 3rd row - didn’t happen.
2. Our car got damaged so we had to take it back (thanks for fixing it)
3. The second rental was the smallest car you could have given us..a Corolla!
4. When we picked the car, no one walked around it or made sure it was fixed the right way....

Shane was awesome, but the guys working on my suv turned off my auto on headlights AGAIN. So I was driving down the street last night in the dark not realizing my headlights were off. Love you guys, but with street lights and when you're use to not having to think about your headlights, it's really easy to not realize your lights are off.
