When I arrived to pick up my car after having Cilajet applied, there were noticeable spots where the solution was not fully buffed into the paint or front fender. Also there were scratches on the rear left door handle and the car was dusty. Because I live 45-60 minutes away, I didn't want to leave the dealership before making sure other parts of the car were good. Rachel took the car to the Detailing area and had the dust removed and spotty areas taken care of. Lastly, when I asked Rachel if Cilajet had been applied to the wheels Rachel said no. I followed up with her the next day because it should have been. She checked with the Detailing area and apologized for the misinformation she had previously given and confirmed the Cilajet was applied to the wheels. I truly appreciate her dedication and assistance in making sure everything was taken care of. Keep up the good work Rachel and thank you for all of your help!
