Jason Lipman was on the phone when the service guy set me up with him .. He didn’t acknowledge me nor did he care to get off the phone.. I heard his whole conversation with another client.. and stood there the whole time and the other two desks with ladies at had no client and we talking to each other and on their phones.. overall it was an unpleasant experience... and very rude.. that their customer service to say the least sucked.. I went in for a recall and they wanted to sell me tires... and the recall took less than they told me .. I got up several hours early to be there at my appointment to last longer.. as I planned out my whole day .. then I went to pick up my truck and Jason was no where to be found.. I wasn’t happy with him at all.. it’s too bad that they couldn’t see that and give me a person that was available!! Michelle

Technician left cap to oil tank off and oil spilled all over in the inside the engine and my car was smoking all over and I had to go back for them to fix. Totally ridiculous. I lost a day of work because of that. Very disappointed

When I checked my car in for service, I was told it would take about an hour. I was waiting for the car. After an hour and fifteen minutes, I went to find my service advisor. Once I located him he said my car was ready & that he had called my cellphone using 916 area code. But my cell has 714 area code and it was noted on the service write up sheet. However, he said Toyota would cover the cost for the inconvenience to me. The cost was $29. I was satisfied with that.

I would like to thank Roseville Toyota, Conor Egan. He was very helpful, tactful and speedy--all at the same time. With his assistance, the 30,000 miles/36 months maintenance appointment for my 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE AWD SUV was done so smoothly and met the high degree of standards Toyota is known for. In addition Conor quickly removed paint scratches from my passenger side door handle, restoring the handle to its brilliant high gloss. He saved me money from the handle replacement and repainting. I give Conor Egan a Rating of 10 on all levels of his job. THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE! Your gesture of "Goodwill" even though Toyota has no legal obligations to honor the door handle give this loyal customer a greater relationship with Toyota.

Today I arrived just before 7 AM. My car and were written up and I met Paul. He told me in very plain terms what the service people would do with car. He kept informed right to when the car was ready. 10:30 AM I was out of there. Great job.
