The only one complaint I have is the length of time it took to get my service done. I had a 10:30 appointment and didn’t get done until after 12:00. I bring my vehicle down to this dealership because if it’s size, thinking I could get done quicker…not sure I will continue to wait 2+hours for a regular service.

Rachel has been very helpful, I appreciate the professionalism. As opposed to my sales associate and finance managers. I have been to the dealership three times to have the molding replaced free of cost. There has been miscommunication, lack of leadership and professionalism from the sales associate and finance managers. The selling tactics and work culture is extremely outdated and I should of not purchased my car with Roseville Toyota. Where is HR? Where is the leadership? It feels as if this dealership is ran by teenagers who have no idea what they are doing. However, after speaking to Rachel about my experience she has made this process somewhat delightful. I truly appreciate her apologizing on behalf of the sales associate and finance manager. She was proactive and very professional.
