Paul was very clear that service was taking longer then normal and it might take a couple of hours, even though I just needed a nail pulled out of a tire and a patch. He obtained a Lyft ride for me to panera Bread where I had lunch and about the time I walkedto TJMaxx, he called that my car was ready. My Lyft driver arrived fairly soon thereafter. Paul was courteous and professional throughout our conversations. Even though I’m nowoutside warranty, I haven’t chosen to take my 2013 Prius elsewhere.

Had 8:30 a.m. appt. I arrived and checked in just prior to appt. Waited until about 10:50 before I checked with advisor. Seemed a long time to wait for 5,000 mile service. My car was ready, my paperwork sitting in a pile with others. He asked if I had received text message alerting me that it was ready. I said, "No, but I'll double-check." I did not receive a message. He was negligent. After I had checked out and went to get my car, he sent a text message saying my car was ready (time of message after 11 a.m.), attempting to cover for his oversight. It was not a busy day. I have been a customer for 16 years. Poor customer service on this occasion.
