The computer was not reset so my dashboard still says “service required”. I tried pushing the button to reset it but it didn’t work. I called the service department and they said someone would call me back to walk me through the process over the phone. It’s been two days and no one has called me back yet.

The service order indicated that I requested for my car not to be washed, which was not true. I wasn’t offered coffee or tea as opposed to other times. I wasn’t not offered a ride home either. I had to insist on one! Overall, customer service seems to be declining at this dealership for some reason!!

Jason was great to work with and very friendly. The problem with the experience was more with the length of the service. I came for an oil change, tire rotation, and to repair a tire. The service should have lasted around 2 hours but ended up taking nearly 5 hours.
