Michael T. Webster was not only professional and knowledgeable in his service to me as it related to my recall issues on our truck (I expect that from any service rep that I come in contact with), but he treated me (a 74 yr old woman) with respect and made sure that I understood the issue for the recall. I have NOT always been treated with such respect! It is rare in my opinion in the automotive industry. He was knowledgeable, friendly (on a very busy day) and polite! He deserves a ???? from management. He is a rarity in a male dominant industry!
