Rachael was great. My issue was the sales person told me to bring my car with low fuel and after service they would fill my tank. I dropped it off with about 55 miles till empty. When I got it back it was completely empty and I was afraid I wouldn’t even be able to make it to the gas station. If not a full tank atleast some fuel would have been considerate. Also I had asked about the tire pressure light. It was not fixed and no one explained anything to me about it. I read in the paperwork they couldn’t figure it out and I need to make another apt. Would have been nice for someone to actually tell me about what happened.

So Derek is not the one I dealt with when bringing my car in. His name was Jason Lipman. He literally talked down to me the whole time. I scheduled my car for an oil change since the STICKER on my car told me that when it got to a certain date or mileage, it was time to bring it in. So he argued with me about that first thing and told me that it was only time to get my tires rotated. Okay. Went ahead with it since I was already there and it's at least a 30 minute drive for me. THEN he tried telling me that this is my last free service since my warranty is only for two years. I HAVEN'T EVEN HAD MY CAR FOR ONE YEAR YET, which I told him and he just rolled his eyes at me. I already know that when it's time for me to come in for an oil change I'm going to have to bring in all the paperwork to prove that we bought the extended warranty since I commute five days a week. I do not want to deal with this employee again. All he did was talk down to me the whole time and definitely didn't listen to a thing I had to say which I did appreciate. I want to reiterate this was not Derek that I dealt with. His name was Jason Lipman.

Because my van was not a Toyota but a Chrysler Pacifica I purchased from you as a certified used car I was treated like a second class citizen. Very disappointed, especially since I paid almost $1,000.00 for the service plan. I wish I could switch to Maita Toyota because they are much nicer.
