My appointment was contingent on AAA’s arrival to determine if the car needed to be towed or if it could be charged and driven to be evaluated by Toyota. I notified Mr. Vega and a later same day appointment time was arranged than originally scheduled. When I arrived driving the car I checked in with him and he was able to get my car in earlier than my appointment time and I was soon on the road after having the car fully charged and checked. I was very appreciative of the flexibility provided to me during a stressful and unpredictable situation.

The Advisor didn't help. Although my car has a problem of burning oil. When I purchased the car I've been advised that I have to do the oil change after 10,000 MI. I've been advised to change the oil after 5,000 MI. However, after 1,000 MI the car Burns one quarts of the oil when it reaches 5000 MI the dipstick goes from the max to the lowest. Therefore, there's a problem with my cars engine.
