Management won’t allow my service advisor to investigate my car’s problems. Apparently they don’t exist unless they show up on the computer. Will never buy another toyota if I’m in Roseville

My check engine light was on and he said it would be $175 to take a look af it. I sat down and see a free check engine light coupon on your website! He plays it off and thinks it's funny. It was only the gas cap, but what if I had paid the $175. I was told my cabin filter was dirty and needed replacing. I bought one and went home to put it in and the thing looked brand new. I work hard for my money and taking advantage of my loyalty as a customer is sad.
