Michael made the service transaction professionally, and very customer oriented. Likewise, the tech who did my car should also be given outstanding credit, it’s the best since I have my car serviced here. The squeaking noise was gone, which I noticed long time ago, and when I say my problem before, they always wanna charge me $150 for diagnostics. But this time around, he mad a job well done! Lastly Michael never raped or trick on selling services to me.
