You have a problem with providing enough tech to backfill when you have issues that prevent a tech to start the next job when he can't complete the job he/she is working on. I had a 2 hour job that streached into a 5 hour job while I waited on site. That was not acceptable in Pac Bell. We had folks that checked on job status and would move our techs dependent on job loads

When I got to the service department, I was checked in and Kyle, was my service advisor. He got me checked in and, they started to work on my brakes, he soon let me know that the front brakes were good but the rear needed to be done, so I ok then doing the rear brakes, and also the spark plugs. So he said they would get this done. Then a bit later I texted Kyle to ask how much it would cost to due the transmission fluid, he called me and said it would be 234.00 or so to die this service. I ask if they do it now he said yes, and the did. He offered me good customer service and was very respectful of me and what I needed. Thank you Kyle.
