The only thing that could have been better was that they said my battery was failing. When I got home I cleaned the positive post and found the battery needed water some could have been added when it was checked. The battery is just shy of one year old and I do believe adding distilled water will fix the problem,

Some times it's simple things that are done or Not done that can make or break quality service. On this occasion I was in there to get a simple oil change, which I usually prefer to get my vehicle back cleaned (washed) but apparently that was down. Then I get a call that my oil change is almost complete but the noticed a leak from my left rear axle seal. When asked how much it would cost he said 18 for the seal and 5 for labor, and I was like okay go ahead. Then he says, great, that will be $2,346. Like, hold up guy. Start over and tell me the whole story again using proper terms of amounts of money. It ended up only costing $1,300 but that's not the point. It's the principalities

I had told Michael about my right front headlight was out and let me know what it would cost. He explained the prices. We agreed if my headlight needed to be replaced he would call me. I got a text that my car was ready to be picked up so I called in to find out about my headlight. He explained that the technician looked two times and the light is working. When I arrived he went out to the car to verify that the light was working. He shortly came up to me and told me my light is out. They replaced it for free. I appreciated Michael going to check if the light was out himself. I really appreciated that it was replaced for free. Saved me a headache!
