My only negative feedback would be that I was given a 1 hour estimate and after over an hour and a half with no communication I had to ask for an update. I would not havr cared if I would have gotten any communication.

There were 3 “RED” areas of concern noted by the Tech. Only one was mentioned in the phone call status given by the Advisor. Only the dirty cabin air filter was mentioned. No mention of the left CV Axle leaking and the valve cover & timing cover having multiple leaks. No estimate of cost for these repairs. Or recommended time line for repairs. This would have been important information to be shared with the customer.

Epic failure.
Work order states "customer does not want work done". THAT IS NOT THE TRUTH.
I asked for Sam to search around for the catalytic converter. He told me the parts team scoured everywhere and could not find one.
Took me about 15 mins to find it within 100 miles at another dealer.
Let me ask you, are you in the business of customer service or are you in the business of taking in vehicles and storing them and holding them hostage so you can earn your points by buying parts direct from Toyota?
Call me to discuss this otherwise I will take my story to social media, including video taped conversations to substantiate my story where I was told "too bad".
