Paid for a service that they did not fix. Found nothing: tried to pass a old code that wasn’t cleared as the issue today. Stated my check engine light was off during test. Yet when it was dropped off and when I picked it up. Car had engine light on as well as difficult start. Shouldn’t have had to pay for that service since they tried to pass an old code as new.

I really am opposed to these constant surveys. And, you always very guilty if you don’t do them because we have been told directly and indirectly that if we give any bad feedback the poor advisor would be docked or fired. Scare tactics do don’t make good customers. I am a good customer, your employees do a good job. I feels like management relies more on the surveys on the backside because it’s easier than training on the frontside? Just pay attention, just do your job.
