Since Mike North is not in the office, his partner Shane, took great care of my service needs. I scheduled my service using your website requesting both oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived Kyle entered my information and suggested some additional maintenance by done on my vehicle, which I declined. I signed the documents he had prepared and went to the waiting area. When I was notified my vehicle was ready I returned to Kyle and prepared to pay for the oil change he advised me there was no charge for the tire rotation and the oil had not been changed because it was not due yet. He offered to have the oil changed however it was going to take another hour. I left and then returned and asked if my vehicle could be placed ahead of other vehicles since he had not scheduled my oil change as I had requested. He said my vehicle was not due for an oil change and I had not scheduled an oil change to which I replied I had done so on line he said his system did not indicate I had. Since I live in Dixon I decided to cancel the oil change rather then spend another hour at your dealership and fight traffic going home. The confirmation number for my scheduled C07B2TE3X3
