The service was efficient and my Lexus was done right on time. We bought our Camry from here and they take great care of it I'm very happy they did the same with our Lexus.

When my vehicle was returned a couple of things were not as I had left them. Specifically, the exterior mirror on the passenger side was tucked in along the side of the vehicle, which I didn’t realize until I pulled out of the parking lot. The rear view mirror had also been moved. Lastly, I always lay a towel neatly across the backseat to protect it. When I got my car back it was clear it had been removed and just thrown back into the car in a heap. Considering the nature of the service, I’m not even sure why anyone needed to access the back seat of my vehicle.

I was very lucky today that you had a cancellation to start with. It would have nice for Sam to tell me they checked out everything and it all looked good because I didn’t know you did that when I just come in for an oil change. That was great to know when I got home and read the paperwork. It would have been nice to know what I was signing 4 times. I was surprised you don’t take the vehicles through your car wash. Once my truck was done it seemed to take a bit to get my truck when I was the only one waiting. All in all it was a good experience

I had purchased an extended service warranty some months ago, and I am very disappointed that it only covers oil changes and tire rotations. When I bought it I think I was told it would cover my 90,000 mile service. The old bait and switch as far as I am concerned.
