When I arrived, the guy put the cone on my car and told me I should wait for the service guy to come over. I proceeded to wait for 25 minutes while the first guy walked around, ate pizza, and talked to his friends. All while seeing me there waiting. I had to ask him if anyone was coming. He want to go look for the service guy, who he said was finishing up with a customer. Never offered an apology.
