Well, it wasn’t John. He was just too busy, I guess. One woman checked me in and another checked me out.
I have to say that is one complaint I always have at your place- although I can’t smash’s see why, it takes forever to even begin the process. I waited for almost 15 min. In a nearly empty garage before someone came outside . I had whatever those first papers, etc. on my car that they put on right away, but it was a long time before anything else happened.
Very long for an oil change as well. I don’t know how long my car was finished and parked before I knew it. I actually walked in to ask when it would be done and the woman got my keys right away.

I sat in the waiting area for 2 hours and had to ask someone if vehicle was ready - which it was. I asked the gentleman who took my payment how do you normally reach out when vehicles are complete and didn’t receive a response. I also receive 2 texts about buying my vehicle while I sat in the lobby. If you’re going to do that you could at least tell me when my service is complete.

My name is Tony and I’m a Toyota customer since 2018.
I’ve made all the maintenances at Toyota Reeves every 5 thousand miles. Yesterday I left my car to oil change service and today in the morning I felt a very strong smell of oil and some noise on the motor. I open the front gate to see what was going on and notice that you guys didn’t closed the oil pan, cover was missing and oil leaked everywhere.
So I started driving to Toyota and some lights started blinking into the panel
My car is at Toyota Reeves again right now and I unfortunately lost one important day of work. Inside of my car smell is so strong because of the oil leak idk if is coming out
As I’m a regular customers of yours and this is a big mistake as I can/could affect more parts of the car I’d like to negotiate a maintenance further credit as I lost one entire day of work - what we can do about it ?
