Norm Reeves Toyota of San Diego Auto Repair Service

I don’t think he knows anything about toyota cars because other than normal inspection, I ask to get my back windshield check because there’s bubbles forming and it’s a manufactured defect. he told me that it’s not from toyota that it’s put in after market and he didn’t believe me when I told him it’s brand new when I got it. He even ask me how many miles was it when I got it because he doesn’t believe me that I got it brand new I told him I got it Lease from Kearny Mesa and purchase it after my lease was up then he told me to contact Kearny Mesa Toyota because there probably the one who put it in(tint) even after I showed him a picture of a car that have tint in your parking lot that’s for sale he still said that it’s not the same tint. So he was calling me a liar a different ways of saying it. I got my leasedTacoma in your location so when I was ready to purchase my lease Camry I decided to come back and I purchased so much extra services because I was promised of so much nice services but when I was trying to used the services I was promised they don’t exist and I can’t cancel anymore because it’s a part of services that chemicals is being used (repel) I will never recommend your location to any one that I know and I will never consider your location also because before I made my appointment someone from Management called me because I left him a message and he told me he will look in to my complaint and call me back and never happened. Your company is not to be trusted because employees are not following through there promises and jobs responsibility. I’m very disappointed and saddened with your location.

Denise did a wonderful job and look forward to using her as our service advisor in the future. However disappointed in the Paint shop personnel. My son called to schedule getting his Paint correction completed. We were told when my son bought the truck that the Paint shop would co tact us in 2 to 3 weeks to schedule that eas in May. He tried calling and the person that answered the phone stated that we would have to come in and talk to the sales rep and have him walk us over there to the paint shop to schedule ,not happy about that.otherwise service was really good.thanks
