Happy with service work performed on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. However I would appreciate the service writer would follow up with me on status of service work & personally advise in person when vehicle service is completed. I sat a few feet from service desk and never was advised work was completed. I received a text, but customer service is most important when communication is present. In person is most important! Shows your interest to provide great customer service care. Not just a text especially when I'm merely a few feet from service desk. Happy with dealership in general.
