Usually the service is great but not sure what happened. What was supposed to be a 3 hour wait ended up most of the day. Also the issue I had with my vehicle wasn’t resolved. I feel I got scammed by Toyota with the money I spent on the Platinum Warranty. I’m very disappointed with Toyota and the service I received.

Overall it was good, but a few annoying things. The text asking me to trade my car in was annoying. Then I’m texted with 3 additional recommendations of things to do to my car potentially jacking up the price by $750 dollars. After I chose to do one (the brake fluid); it then took an hour and 20 minutes to do which was a ridiculous amount of time especially since I was told things were quiet today and there weren’t that many cars being worked on.
