When I was ready to check out my service rep was on lunch and no one else at the service desks were offering to check me out. I had to wait for 10 minutes before I had to go up to one who was making phone calls but not offering to help the line of people ready to check out. It felt very unorganized and frustrating and that no one in the service area really cared about helping a line of people who clearly needed assistance.
