I was so pleased with everything during my appointment on Wednesday. The service was quick and impeccable. I previously had an appointment on Saturday but had to turn around and leave because it was going to be at least a two hour wait. You have me on record as a missed appointment but I was there and left upon learning technicians were out sick and it would take longer than usual. I know you have shuttles but one driver was at lunch so that even sounded like a no go. It’s Wednesday appointments for me from now on.

Richard was extremely helpful and professional. It took three tries for Toyota to find a battery that would fit my RAV4 and I waited with my baby for 4.5 hours while it was being serviced, only to leave that evening without my car. The next day Richard called and said that a battery had been found and that I would no longer need to pay the service fee because of all the complications. I really appreciate the quality of service I received and I will be returning to Toyota for future vehicles.
