All was good except when I checked in I was asked to verify my mobile phone number . I indicated the phone in the dealership system was my wife’s phone number and I asked that it be changed to my phone number but somehow it wasn’t changed and I received no notifications that my car was ready. After waiting for 3 hours I finally went back to the service desk and found my car’s maintenance had been completed 2 hours earlier. At checking I also indicated that I would be waiting at the dealership until my car was ready but no one came to look for me at all even after the service had been completed 2 hours earlier. Please insure that you have my phone number ****-****-xxxx for my 2021 Venda. Thanks, John B

Any issue I had was not with Simona, but with features of the car. It needs a mount for a spare tire and it's ridiculous that there isn't one.

Abysmal service. Nothing done. No feedback. Didn't answer multiple requests for contact, voice-mail and web message and text message. No work done. Issue not fixed. No charge? Have the spine you don't want me as a customer if you don't want to help me with my issue! Spoke to service manager and seemed more interested in escaping blame than actually addressing my issue. Offered to have some basic things looked at but didn't seem like remediation was in sight. I'll never be back and I will be letting everyone I know to avoid norm reeves. Fix your customer service!!!!!!
