Appt was 7:45am. Denise stated service would take about an hour. Three hours later I checked with her and she had to check with the tech. Came back, asked me to have a seat while she filled out the maintenance report- 10 minutes later, I receive a text with the suggested repairs. My request was for an oil change, ck battery and fuses, and IF tires needed to be rotated to let me know. The communication was strictly presented in the maintenance report ($1300 approx) ????. Sad to say, I came away very disappointed. there was no real one on one communication, and for the first time dealing with this service center, I am shocked at the costs presented! It has turned into a cherry picking performance with little to no customer concern.

My representative was ill and not one person contacted me when my car was done! That is not a way to do business. I call and left messages for a return call… to no avail. My new car 3,000 miles had a BAD battery!

Joshua was fine, not extraordinary, but adequate. I waited in your waiting area for two hours for the shuttle, but my car was finished before it arrived. When I requested information about the shuttle and my service from other service advisors, it was made clear I was interrupting them and not to bother them again. I find your online appointment management system difficult to use and equally off putting. Your corporate culture seems to emphasize efficiency over customer concern or service. I won’t be using your service department again.

Richard didn’t follow through on my service suggesting 2-3 time frame . After asking if my service was done around 12:45 (car dropped off at 10:15) he said they were still working on it. Around 1:15 I found my keys on the completion board , AND my car outside waiting. I requested assistance and another service provider who checked me out. Richard sent a text 1 hour after I already had my car saying the work was completed and I could get my car ! Totally unsatisfied with Richard.

When I called to schedule my appointment, I listed 4 things I wanted done, an oil change, tire rotation, water intrusion check, and break check. When I arrived I stated the same 4 things. When I went to pick up my car, a tire rotation was not completed and it was too late to get it done that day. Additionally, I received a notification that my battery was low while my car was being serviced and when checking out, the paper verification of my battery check was not there. Staff weren’t able to verify specific info of the battery check however they said it was marked as good. This is leaving me uneasy and questioning why I received that notification if it wasn’t true or couldn’t be confidently proved that the battery looked good.
