Luis is great. He is super nice and professional, my only complaint was out of his control - the wait time. Was just told it would be 1-1.5 hours and I was there about 2.5 hours, which seemed to be about the same for everyone waiting today.

I went here to have something checked out that I have gone to try to get it fixed from other Toyota dealerships. This one was no help. The service advisor wanted to charge me $45 to put an air filter in my car that I had already purchased and I brought it with me to just have the technician put it in it would’ve took him two minutes to slide it in and take the old one out. I have an issue with my windshield wipers and they wanted to charge me $200 to look at the problem I had taken it to Toyota three other times and they had told me the same thing but when they don’t find the problem, they didn’t charge me anything and this gentleman from the service team that dealt with me told me that I had to pay for the technicians time so I told him just to change the oil and rotate the tires and that was fine. My car has an extended warranty and it’s covered according to the extended warranty people all Toyota would’ve had to do was bill the service call to the extended warranty.
