I had a bad experience. From the beginning, I requested to be served by someone who spoke Spanish, as I don’t speak English. Despite my request, on several occasions, staff were sent who ignored it. It’s worth mentioning that when I asked questions to understand the service, the answers I received were arrogant, disrespectful, and made me feel uncomfortable and belittled.
I consider the treatment I received to be unprofessional and unacceptable, especially considering it’s a service I’m paying for. I request that this situation be reviewed and that measures be taken to improve customer service.
