Poor communication and people skills needed. I received a text message that the vehicle was ready. However, it did not specify where the vehicle was parked. I asked around and finally, 10 minutes later someone assisted me, gave me the keys, and told me where the my vehicle was parked. Some employees need to be more cordial.

I had to get the visor in my car replaced. I made an appointment to have it installed and then called to make sure the part had been received. I then came to my appointment and waited in the customer area. After a little while I received a text from the service advisor that they couldn't find the part even though the records showed it being received, and that it would be an additional 2-3 hours to get another one in. I became very upset because again, I was looking at having to wait longer than expected and probably missing 1-2 meetings. It was only after I expressed my displeasure that they were able to get the part rushed in and replaced. I was happy I was able to get out in time, but I have to confess my first two visits to the dealership for service have been nightmares. I never experienced anything like this at any other dealership with other cars I've owned.

I had an early morning appointment and what should have taken a couple of hours at most ended up taking all day, causing me to have to reschedule two meetings. In the end, nothing was fixed. The issue with the transmission is still present, they said the wireless charger is a known issue and there is no fix yet, and they had to order a replacement visor which would come in at a later date. In addition, I did not hear from the service advisor until my car was ready to pickup. I was never updated during the repair process, except by the salesperson who sold me the car.
