I have had my vehicle for a week and I was notified that it was ready to pick up today. How could that be? Poor service!

I’ve been driving Hondas for 20 yrs an Mr George Raygoza is without a doubt the best service rep I’ve dealt with thus far. I normally go to Honda in riverside where I live but my experience with George was so amazing that I will now be coming to Cerritos for all my maintenance needs. He deserves a huge raise for his expertise and professionalism.

When a made my appointment for service I wanted to check on my right sliding door because some times do not close something that all ready took to be fix but still have problem , when I got there I was told to make another appointment for the problem but I all ready told them when I made that appointment., also I all ready took my oddesey for that problem before , now I have to make another appointment for that.

With an appointment at 42pm getting there late due to an accident on the freeway(coming from Irvine), George was accommodating. George also stated he had confidence in his team to get the job done.
