Jonathan is very helpful and amazing. I was having an issue with my new CRV the head visor was defective and Jonathon made sure to get down to the bottom of what was going on and took care of it quickly. We originally had an issue with the AC not getting cold enough when set to the lowest setting on our 2024 Honda Prologue. We picked up the vehicle after receiving a text that it had been serviced. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, the notes on our receipt read that the vehicle had not been serviced. The AC is still not getting as cold as it should be for a brand new car. We bought two 2024 Honda Prologues and both have the same issue. We dropped the other Prologue off to be serviced hoping it gets fixed as well. We also need to return the first Prologue for proper servicing. We really love the cars but can’t seem to stay cool inside especially on hot days. Just feels like a used car problem. Please help!
