Yes.Ramiro was great.However, when I wanted to check on the status of our car when Ramiro was away, I asked the service person whose station is next to Ramiro if he could help me, and he said no. I noticed another customer of Ramiro’s who needed help while he was away ask another service person if he could help her and that person helped her. Not cool.
