I tried calling back for Ruben and left a msg for an air conditioner filter change but not done when I picked up car. Rep said it would take 2 min so I paid for it $75. 2 minutes and $75 you could have at least vacuumed the filter holder.

Miguel and Manny always do a good job helping me but the ones working in the service area when you first pull up to check in have messed up multiple times. One of them checked my tires and put the wrong pressure so my warning light stayed on causing me to think something was wrong. I came back today and they figured out what happened but this could of been avoided if it was done right the day before
